Mr. Foont has provided counsel to both sides of acquisition deals as well as corporate mergers. He has served as:

• Counsel to Seller in sale of industrial facilities in North Carolina
  
  
• Counsel to Buyer in asset acquisition of Fixed Base Operator in Pennsylvania
  
  
• Counsel to Buyer in combined asset/stock acquisition of Fixed Base Operator in Michigan
  
  
• Participated as in-house counsel in the merger/acquisition between US Airways Group, Inc. and America West Holdings Corporation
  
  
• Coordinated the merging of Allegheny Airlines, Inc. into Piedmont Airlines, Inc.
  
  
• Coordinated the merging of US Airways Services Corporation, Inc. f/k/a MidAtlantic Airways, Inc. into US Airways, Inc.
  
  
• Coordinated the merging of US Airways Sales and Leasing, Inc. into US Airways, Inc.
